• 1 lead planner to assist in planning

• A detailed timeline for all vendors on your wedding day

• Act as a liaison between you and your vendors

• We take care of any last-minute details on your wedding day

• 2 meetings with the venue/vendors

• 10-12 hours of coordination on your wedding day

• Supervisions of set-up for ceremony and reception

• Placement of personal wedding items (i.e. place cards, favors)
